Not only does Freeman believe Dez would benefit from working with the Radden’s, but he also believes Rick and his wife, Glenda (Christina Moore), should adopt the youngster.

Rick accepts Dez reluctantly yet compassionately. Dez is hesitant as well, having lost his beloved sister, but he quickly realizes that he has much to contribute and a lot to gain from the Radden’s and the sport.

Unfortunately, just as Dez is settling into a new house and a new environment, the boss of the automobile ring for which he works, threatens both Dez and the whole Radden crew. This is a movie to watch if you are into movies like Ford V Ferrari.

Brad Pitt plays Billy Beane, the team’s general manager, who Jonah Hill’s Peter Brand assists. The plot centers around Beane’s scouting methodology and assembling a team of underdogs utilizing the sabermetric statistical analysis method.
