In Massachusetts’ 2nd Congressional District, a Republican from Shrewsbury is attempting to upset incumbent Democratic U.S. Representative Jim McGovern of Worcester.
While the district is centred on Worcester County, portions of Hampshire and Franklin counties, including the cities of Northampton and Greenfield, are also included.
Child care owner Jeffrey Sossa-Paquette claims his campaign is focused on problems like hunger and poverty that he claims officials in both parties have failed to address.
